Our firm provides legal services to condominium associations, common interest community associations and master associations.
Chicago, Suburban Chicago and Beyond
Our firm represents community associations located throughout Chicago, suburban Cook County and Will, DuPage, Lake, Kane and McHenry counties. We have experience representing community associations in various other counties in northern and central Illinois.
Residential and Commercial Associations
We represent community associations which operate residential, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
Complex and Day-to-Day Issues
From handling multi-party corporate mergers of community associations and sophisticated reciprocal easement agreement transactions to advice regarding commonplace water leak issues and covenant enforcement matters, we have extensive experience guiding boards and their community managers through virtually every type of legal scenario which arises with community associations. This experience, combined with an appreciation of the unique and often challenging dynamics of community associations, positions us to furnish technically sound and thorough – but also pragmatic – advice to our association clients.
Large, Small and Everything in Between
Our firm represents community associations of all sizes.
Long-Term Relationships and Single-Issue Engagements
While we are grateful for our long-term relationships with our community association clients, associations generally engage our firm on a per-matter/per-case basis, with no further commitment. Our firm does not require or pressure our association clients to enter into monthly retainer agreements. This type of flexible work arrangement enables associations to use our services on an as-needed basis and positions our firm to represent associations of all types and sizes.
